Yoga and meditation classes are offered for ALL levels - from beginners to advanced. Everyone has the right to the benefits of Yoga, all are welcome and encouraged to attend to gain the joy of living life to the fullest potential, regardless of creed, race or religion. Feel free to come to any class which suits your daily needs.
Beginners class a great class for those new or returning back to Yoga requiring a more restorative gentle style class, introducing yoga postures, breathing and relaxation - 1.15 hour class
Pregnancy welcome in this class after 12 weeks, please inform teacher
Intermediate/Open class a perfect class to move deeper into your Yoga practice, more challenging postures with longer relaxation and meditation - 1.5 hour class
Open class the most advanced class open to all levels, a more dynamic class, work at your own pace - 1.5 hour class
Caitlin offers a practical and simple style of teaching the ancient art of Yoga. She is able to adapt her style of teaching to the needs of the class in a loving manner.
Class can consist of:
- Postures (asana)
- Breathing techniques (pranayama)
- Relaxation (yoga nidra)
- Meditation (dhyana)
- Enlightment! (samadhi)
Classes can have the gentle sound of Vedic chants in the background. You will sweat, glow and bliss out!
